Dubbs Weinblatt embarks upon their journey to their adult B mitzvah, a new approach to the traditional Jewish coming-of-age ceremony to include people of all gender identities. Weinblatt produces an improv comedy troupe called, Thank You For Coming Out where guests tell their coming out stories and the improv group acts it out. Through the organization Keshet, They work with Jewish organizations to create space and awareness for LGBTQ+ Jews. Dubbs has invited us into their transition into a non binary trans adult. 
Myriam Ackerman-Sommers and her husband Emile Ackerman are breaking new ground. When she is ordained at the Yeshivat Maharat in Riverdale New York, Myriam will become France’s first female orthodox rabbi at only 23 years old. Opposing the tide of Jews in exodus from France, Myriam and Emile will return to Paris this summer to open up a synagogue geared toward engaging other young modern orthodox people like themselves. 

Aaron Samuels, the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Blavity, a digital community for Black Millennials is a proud Jew of Color.  When he is not at Blavity, Aaron is a nationally touring writer and speaker. His debut collection of poetry, Yarmulkes & Fitted Caps was released on Write Bloody Publishing in fall 2013. This summer after the Minneapolis voted to dissolve their police force, Aaron and his co-conspirators drafted the Not Free To Desist Letter, calling for racial equity in the Jewish world.
